Nestled into the far hills of North Sacramento lies Serrano, a luxury gated development community. Serrano was developed by Parker Development Company in the late 1980’s, and it has thrived since. It is widely considered one of the premiere locations in which to live in Sacramento, and has PGA-level golf course and club house.
